Preparation instructions

Cut meat and vegetables into cubes.

Boil water, put barley porridge, celery tuber, carrot, pork shoulder, smoked meat, beef, paprika.

Season to taste . When the meat is almost cooked, add the potatoes. Finely chop the onion and fry it in oil until golden brown, add flour. Finally, add the garlic. When it smells good, add ground red pepper and pour over. The Pohorje pot is then thickened by burning.
